This course provides a clear understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2016, helping organisations and individuals meet their legal responsibilities when planning and managing construction projects.

    • Refresher: Recommended every 3 years

    • Assessment: Written

    • Overview of CDM Regulations 2016

    • Roles and responsibilities (Client, Principal Designer, Contractor)

    • Risk management in construction

    • Planning and coordination of projects

    • Legal compliance and documentation

    • Minimum age 16

    • Basic understanding of construction environments recommended

  • Learners complete a written assessment. Certification is awarded upon successful completion.
