Abrasive Wheels
Instructor / Train the Trainer

This instructor-level course is designed for experienced professionals who want to deliver abrasive wheels training within their organisation. It combines technical knowledge with instructional skills and assessment techniques.

    • Certification: CABWI Certified

    • Refresher: Recommended every 3 years

    • Assessment: Written, practical and presentation

    • Location: Northern Ireland

    • Experienced operatives and supervisors

    • Health & safety personnel

    • Training coordinators

    • Individuals responsible for internal training

    • Advanced abrasive wheel safety and legislation

    • Course planning and delivery techniques

    • Practical demonstration skills

    • Assessing learner competence

    • Record keeping and compliance

    • Minimum age 18

    • Prior experience with abrasive wheels

    • Good communication skills

  • Learners are assessed through written tests, practical demonstrations and a training delivery session. Successful candidates receive instructor certification.
