Niall leads our quality and training operations, ensuring every course is delivered to the highest standard. With extensive industry knowledge and a strong focus on compliance, continuous improvement and learner experience, Niall works closely with trainers and clients to maintain the quality and professionalism CertCom is known for.
Business Excellence Manager
Charley Judge
Charley oversees business performance, operational improvement and customer experience. Focused on developing efficient processes, maintaining high service standards and supporting business growth, Charley works to ensure clients receive a professional, reliable and seamless experience from enquiry to course completion.
Equipment & Facilities Manager
David McKelvey
David manages CertCom’s equipment hire operations and training centre facilities, ensuring equipment is maintained, available and ready to support client requirements. He oversees day to day environment across the training centre to ensure a safe, organised and welcoming experience for delegates and visitors.
